Carrie is passionate about learning and growing her knowledge and skill base. She graduated from Otterbein University with her undergraduate degree and obtained her master's degree from Nova Southwestern University. She has lived in both Champaign and Logan counties. Carrie currently lives in Bellefontaine with her husband and Great Dane. She enjoys spending time with her 2 children, traveling, hiking, kayaking and riding her bicycle.
